Curious Cat: Thanksgiving Dish of Choice

Happy Thursday, Wildcats! Thanksgiving break is fast-approaching, and you knows what that means … delicious Thanksgiving meals! Ranking the quality of holiday dishes can be a controversial topic, but nevertheless, this week’s installment of the Curious Cat takes on the age-old debate over Thanksgiving foods.

Which dish is best? Have you spent the last year pining for green bean casserole, or are you a glutton for mashed potatoes? Regardless of how you fill your plate, this blog is for you! Read on to find out how a few Falvey patrons responded to this provocative prompt.

Curious Cat: Your Favorite Holiday Beverage

Happy Thursday, Wildcats! It’s almost Friday, and you know what that means … The Curious Cat is back! For this week’s installment, we asked a few Falvey patrons to name their go-to holiday beverages. Do you enjoy pumpkin spice, or would you rather sip some hot chocolate? Perhaps eggnog is more appealing. Whichever drink you choose, this blog is for you!

Curious Cat: Holiday Tunes

Happy Thursday, Wildcats! We hope your November is off to a great start. For this week’s installment of the Curious Cat, we take on a controversial topic…

Some people begin listening to holiday tunes the moment Halloween ends, but others prefer to wait until after Thanksgiving before they start rockin’ around the Christmas tree. That’s why we chose to ask some Falvey patrons when they begin listening to holiday music!

Curious Cat: Fall Festivities

Happy Thursday Wildcats! Welcome to the Falvey famous Curious Cat blog! If you’re new here, the Curious Cat is a recurring blog that features Falvey patrons answering various questions throughout the semester. If you hang out in Falvey enough, you could be featured too!

Curious Cat: Summer Plans!

The hiatus of the Curious Cat was two years too long. When Elijah and Ethan were asked to revive this beloved series a few months ago, they were thrilled to take on the task. Over the course of the spring semester, they’ve enjoyed brainstorming several questions of the week, writing blogs, and getting to meet so many fellow Wildcats.

With the last week of classes and finals on the horizon, this week’s Curious Cat will be the last installment of the academic year. For their final question, Elijah and Ethan asked: “What are you looking forward to doing this summer?”

Curious Cat: Rainy Days

In this week’s edition of the Curious Cat, Ethan and Elijah worked hard to come up with a question. After some brainstorming, they decided to ask about the wet weather. Sometimes it feels like cloudy days are dragging you down, but gray skies and puddle-filled streets aren’t all bad! Curious Cat: Superstitions & Pre-Game Rituals

For this week’s Curious Cat, Elijah and Ethan are tapping into Villanova’s recent March Madness success. Our campus’s enthusiasm for the Wildcats inspired them to ask the question: “Do you do any superstitious pre-game rituals before watching basketball games?” A total of six Falvey patrons volunteered to answer this question.
