Slaphappy: A Covid-Era Commedia was originally shown as the fourth show of Villanova Theatre’s 2020-21 virtual season and is now back for a limited time to kick-off the 2021-22 academic year. The show is inspired by films such as Pitch Perfect and Waiting for Guffman and brings some comedy to the pandemic era we are currently living in.

The show is available to watch virtually from Aug. 26 through Sept. 5 with a recommended donation of $10.

To learn more about the production visit Production Dramaturg Kirsten Sughrue’s dramaturgical website or click here to read Shawn’s take on the show following its initial release last May.
