Now Playing: Films In The Griffin Room
By Deborah Bishov
Falvey Memorial Library now offers a new option for students to watch films assigned for class. In a pilot program this spring, students can request reservations to use the Griffin Room, our library classroom on the first floor, during evenings and weekends to watch films. They’ll be able to check out a portable DVD/Blu-ray player that plugs into the room’s presenter stand.
This service is primarily intended to facilitate watching films on reserve, though it’s also available for students to watch other course-related media on disc. To see more details, or to request a reservation, see the reservation request form. Please direct any questions to deborah.bishov@villanova.edu.
Deborah Bishov is Social Sciences and Instructional Design Librarian at Falvey Memorial Library.
