Following the completion of the Dreadnought Boys series, our next Distributed Proofreaders project is the first entry in another early 20th-century juvenile military series. Two American Boys with the Allied Armies was published in 1915, before America’s entry into World War I, and it follows the adventures of the titular boys during that conflict. The series would go on for a total of five novels, concluding in 1918 along with the conflict it described.
