In celebration of the fifth anniversary of the election of Pope Francis, the Institute for Catholic Social Thought at Villanova University is hosting a conference titled, Francis, a Voice Crying Out in the World: Mercy, Justice, Love, & Care for the Earth. Darren Poley, Outreach Librarian/Program Team Leader, curated an exhibit honoring Pope Francis on Falvey’s first floor. Graphics were designed by Joanne Quinn, Director of Communication and Marketing.

“I’m glad that Falvey Memorial Library is able to support the conference and its advocates by mounting this display,” Poley says. Francis, a Voice Crying Out in the World: Mercy, Justice, Love, & Care for the Earth begins on April 12, with sessions taking place at The Inn at Villanova University. For more information about the conference, please visit the Office for Mission and Ministry’s website.
