The Curious ‘Cat: What strategy would you recommend?
This week, the Curious ‘Cat asks Villanova students, “With about four weeks of classes left, what strategy would you recommend for the remainder of the semester?”
Stefan Sengun—“I guess it depends on who you are, but I’d say just have as much fun as possible into the homestretch.”
Naomi Vora—“With all the work you put in the whole semester and last semester, don’t blow everything off just because it’s getting warm out. Keep moving forward; keep things in perspective. Just remember we only have a month left.”
Kirk Reinoso—“I think a lot of students tend to be behind on work, so catch up on work on weekends instead of going out … Definitely continue on studying. Don’t skip class; that’s a big downfall for people once the weather gets nice. … It’s harder to catch up when you’re skipping class.”
Katie Welter—“I use my planner, my organizer. I write out weekly goals to accomplish, and then I try to check as many off as I can. I have my final week as my final goals and hopefully meet them all.”
Chris Chun—“Because it’s easy to be burnt out now, have that motivation mentality. Keep on and finish strong.”
Jordan Barrett—“Since there’s only a little bit of time left, don’t slack off. Just keep up with all the work so that when finals come around it’s not too stressful.”
