A few new items are online this week. Of particular note is the Great War scrapbook created by Margaret Emilia Brunner, of her husband, Major Francis Wilfred Brunner who was an officer in the Royal Scots Fusiliers. Major Brunner was killed at age 44 on September 8th, 1915 during the Gallipoli campaign after surrendering to Turkish forces; he was bayoneted to death while a captive prisoner.
